An interesting new website has just been launched called Patpong Pussy. A hardcore site featuring Thai bargirls behaving disgracefully. Yummy.

For those that don’t know Patpong is the famous strip of bars that gave Bangkok its reputation. It is actually two private roads that are owned by a Chinese immigrant who bought the land in 1946.

Although there were bars there back in the mid-1960s the area really began to take off in the late seventies and eighties when both roads were packed with bars. Food carts lined the middle of Patpong 1 and there was a Muay Thai boxing bar at one end.


These days the food carts have been replaced by a night market and a lot of the bars on patpong 1 have been replaced by restaurants. The smaller Patpong 2 still retains much of it’s original character though many of the older mama sans say that business ids not as good as it was before.

It is still a great place to visit and I go back often though navigating to the Safari Bar on Patpong 1 after a few beers takes considerable skill.

Never the less I shall be looking for some of these girls next time I am there.
